ANSWERS TO FAQs⟡ all pieces are handmade by one person. nylon pieces are made by eli (ee-lai) and the rest is made by zoe (zo-wii)⟡ there is a requirement of a 75% non-refundable fee for every transaction.⟡ production of specific commissions may take 7 to 14 days (or more) before the shipping date depending on the work and uni schedule of zoe/eli.⟡ you can request for specific types of beads/charms, but if they are unavailable and you are willing to spend, you will have to pay the whole price for buying it.note: receipt will be provided.⟡ consolidation is only allowed for 14 days max. after that, the items consolidated will be up for sale and no refunds will be made.⟡ we cannot guarantee a 100% copy of your chosen design as we do not allow copying and profiting off of other people's designs hence why we always suggest sending us multiple inspirations so we can mix it up and make it more personal.RUSHED COMMISSIONS
⟡ rushed commissions are accepted with a rush fee of 50% from the total amount computed.ᯓ★ minimum time of rushed production is 3 to 5 days before shipping date, not including the 12 hours of planning the specifics with the customer. this is subject for approval depending on their schedules.⟡ rushed commissions are not available if the charms are not readily available.
CHANGE OF MIND?⟡ cancellations are prohibited once the project/commission has been approved since we usually start upon confirmation.⟡ prices per additional bead starts at ₱5~ this depends on the sizing, material, and availability of the item.DURING PRODUCTION
